First Alert has given North Whidbey Fire and Rescue smoke detectors to pass out to the members of our community. We urge you to take a moment to check all smoke detectors in your home to ensure they are fully functional! Please don't let faulty alarms be the reason why your home doesn't have any; smoke detectors can often be a family's only chance of survival.
