Human Resource Specialist Crystal Swanson joined the North Whidbey Fire and Rescue department in August 2022. Crystal earned her Associates Degree in Human Resources Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She is also certified in Human Resource Compliance and Organizational Safety and Health.

Crystal currently lives in Oak Harbor, WA with her husband and their three children. She moved to the area in March of 2022, for her husband’s military service. She is a born and raised native to Green Bay, Wisconsin. When she is not working Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
